Our personal interaction with the teachers and students at different workshops organised in various parts of the country has been both a source of inspiration and knowledge. The data given in the book has been updated and analysed in the light of the Economic Survey, Union Budget, RBI reports and publications of the World Bank, etc.
Our effort has been to make the subject matter more reader-friendly. Therefore, the lengthy chapters have been bifurcated for the convenience of the students. The theory part (Paper I) has been covered in three units and Project Reports (Paper II), as per the latest syllabus, have been appended at the end.
